Antique Model 1905 Swiss Military Bicycle

Antique Swiss military bicycle made in 1944 by Condor. This is the actual Swiss soldier-issued bike and not the commercial model. Comes with the tool bag (with all the issued tools), frame bag, and "turtle bag" on the handle bars. The tires and inner tubes are also as-issued. The bell on the handlebars has that antique sound not duplicated by modern bells. Although this bicycle is heavy by today's standards (53 lbs.), once you get it going, it glides wonderfully. New Swiss military black beret. 90/10 Wool/ Polyester. Labeled sizes 56 and 57. Will fit a small or medium. The "flash" has the Swiss cross, a capital "M" in the middle, and the date "1945" embroidered in a horizontal stripe at the bottom; which looks very similar to the number plate on a Swiss army bicycle. May be a commemorative beret for the "Militärvelo", "Militärfahrrad", "Militaervelo", "Velo Militaire" units of the Swiss Army.
